My apologies for the late submission of my paper for the Meudon meeting.
You may know that I just finished hosting a meeting of my own on black holes 
and galaxy evolution (http://www.ociw.edu/ociw/symposia/symposium1).
I have been extraordinarily busy as a consequence.

But I have now completed the paper for your meeting.  I have deposited
the material by ftp to subdirectory "ho".

In case there are any problems, I have placed the same files in my 
anonymous ftp area

        cd pub/lho/temp/
