Conclusions
Unusual composition of Sgr dSph (s-process, alphas, Na, Al, Cu, Mn) may be the result of chemical evolution in a low mass galaxy which has undergone prolonged star formation while experiencing significant mass-loss.
We expect similar abundance patterns to be found in other low mass galaxies.
The similarity between the composition of Sgr dSph and Omega Cen suggests a similar origin, and supports the idea that Omega Cen is the nucleus of an accreted dwarf spheroidal galaxy.
