You should use "g77 -ffixed-line-length-132 auto_ab4.f phdlibsd.f -o auto_ab4.e" in order to compile with Linux fortran, as some lines are quite long. When changing systems one needs to update the directory for the Kurucz model grid (presently DIR = '/home/fluff/andy/kurucz.models/'). You also need to make sure that you have the script "clines" in you ~/bin directory; but remember clines should point to the location of your MOOG excecutable. Give "auto_ab4.e" the name "auto.list" when it prompts for an input file; that input file contains the name of the EW file (auto.input) and the starting guess for the parameters.
